Reimbursement for the cost of voting for Cân i Gymru 2024

We understand that many viewers struggled whilst trying to cast a vote during Cân i Cymru 2024 and we apologise for that.

Although the system was successfully and thoroughly tested beforehand there was a technical fault during the voting period.

There are details below of arrangements to refund the cost to anyone who made more than one phone call to vote, as there was no message confirming that the first vote had been counted.

You can claim a refund for each call following the first (we can confirm that would have been counted as a vote).

The results have been verified and are valid.

    • Name of claimant and email address
    • Name and address on the phone bill
    • Telephone number in question
    • Landline or mobile phone?
    • Phone supplier
    • Estimated cost of claim
    • Upload/picture of the bill
    • Bank details
